Admissions Testing

 
All incoming Pusch Ridge students going into grades 6th through 9th must take the Gates-MacGinitie Reading Test. A math placement test will take place no earlier then late April. The reading test takes approximately one hour. Students wishing to enroll in 9th grade Honors English must also take a writing prompt which takes 45 minutes. Please bring (2) #2 pencils and a book in case you finish the test early.

Prior to taking the test, a family must have completed their on-line application and submitted the $100 Application Fee.

Parents are welcome to leave after you have checked in your child, or we are happy to have you wait in our school Library.

Saturday February 18, 2012 at 9:30 am in Room 2
Saturday March 31, 2012 at 9:30am in Room 2
Saturday April 28, 2012 at 9:30am in Room 2


Please call or email the Admissions Office at 797-0107 ext. 502 or email Mrs. Paula Donley at paula.donley@prca-tucson.org to reserve a space for your child to test. Parents will be informed of their child's test result at the Family Interview.
